Need Help Need info about translation of the game

Hello,

'New Horizons' mod is being translated into Russian now. In fact, it has been translated for more then 2 yaers already, but the work is not finished yet as not many people are involved. It seems to me that I'm one of the few who look forward to finishing the translation, but I have a problem. I can't contact the guy who made so-called 'russificators', haven't heard from him for a long time. (I mean I can translate the {strings} from files into Russian, but I've got only a vague idea what to do after that). So I'd like to learn how to make translated files work properly in order to be able to finish the translation.

I would be grateful if somebody gave a link to a manual or gave instructions here.

One of our members is planning on making a French translation as well, so there is a list of files and folders there that need to be translated. I hope that helps.
