She is is 93% done.haveing small issues with her deck crew not climbing the rigging in the right spots and not being on the right deck.
Still have to add the front mast and add sails for that.Also still adding detail and tweeking her deck details.and working on extra hull textures.

For having the crew climb the rigging in the right spot, I think you have to edit the ...walk.c files.
 
yep she has 66 gun ports,not counting the ones on the top deck, <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />. I have been working on her since last April, been darn picky about the whole thing.I wanted it to be highly detailed.and even more detailed when in cam view on deck.Its pretty high poly and she runs dam smooth,on both my main rig and backup rig.My plan is to create diffrent versions of her for the diffrent empires in the game.I made her so many parts can be exchanged to give her diffrent apearances.basicly her hull will stay the same..

Nice!!!, please keep up the work! your one of few here whos made a ship thats been modified like this, post a tutorial in the PotC wiki please. Wish I could do that sort of thing. Would love to add those japanese monster warships from Uncharted Waters 2. Wish I could remember the name of them. Those things were like floating forts.

May we ask how you do it ? Have you got Maya working with the plugins? AFAIK Ship export is pretty complicated.
