Well.. Black and Red.. I really love it's model so next thing will maybe be to do another skin for him not to suit any ship in particular.. anyway I don't have screenshot because I haven't played with him yet but u'll tell me how it's like.. btw don't judge the portraits.. I don't even know if they work properly, i just made them to HAVE some portrait with the char. anyway.. tell me what u think of it.

I don't really understand....do you want MORE gold things because these are the stock ones, i didn't add any gold armament except the hat and some emblems under the coat, pm me so i know exactly what u want........ here are the screen shots:

lol well morgan.. are you saying that you prefer the first one? because if you want a darker skin its pretty easy lol. It IS quite identical but it's just because of the colour of the first one that you don't see the emblems.. because I didn't change anything else beside the colour of the first one..

i know how to add the ship info to the ships
and i know where to place the folder...
but where does the tga file go ?

nvm i found the spot its in tex/ships lol

yes, lol its pretty easy, its as all other ships, but just dont forget that .. wait I'm not sure now.. did i put the .gm file? because as I didn't want to REPLACE any ship, I just added one, so u take the folder with the .gm files(if i put it in.. tell me if i didn't because i should..) and you put it in the RESOURCE/MODELS/SHIPS/ and u just take the .tga and put it in RESOURCE/TEXTURES/SHIPS and your done. If theres anything missing, please tell me, also, you can find my files in FTP commander under the James IronHook folder. I prefer to do ships than chars so.. soon I'll do a new skin of a ship..

EDIT: As you may have noticed, my "Modder Code" is 33 and, in the SECOND reskin of Capitan T.Hook, theres this number, somewhere on him... just an advice : open it with GIMP or something to view it as a picture, not gm viewer...

okay i installed the ship and added it to the starting ship list at new start so i could give it a look and i noticed a few problems

1 no pic of a ship in its spot

2 i crashed when i went to shore form ship

so i thought i would alt ship 1 and yours since i hate ship 1 or is that ship 2... which one is the red battle ship anyway? (hehe)

but alas i got grey ships .... i must be missing something .. so i think i need to rename the tga file but which tga is the one for the ship 1?


but i may have added the ship wrong i placed the ship info after the slib ships or should i have placed it in a diff place on the ships info?

if that is the case i can switch it all back since i saved all the old info in a diff file area
