Solved New character models?

I was wondering how you create a new character model. I understand that you can combine/switch with hero describe but what if I want peter bloods jacket to be blue? This isn't in the models. I know there are mods that have done stuff like that. I'd also like to know about having the cuirass show up on the character. Any previous threads on this or guide?

To change Bloods jacket to blue, you need to edit the texture, no need to dive into the actual model. You'll need a program like Photoshop or Gimp, which will allow you to open and save in the .dds format. As for a curiass, that could require model work, but it's beyond my skills.
