I will never understand marketing, in particular game marketing. I would think that you would want to keep your potential customers informed about at least a potential release date. From my experience, there are very few publishers that even attempt to communicate with their potential costumers. Acording to AVG, this page has a virus infection. I don't recommand opening it !

Same about the virus I use AntiVir also.

However, good news about the playlogic thing, times must be very hard for publishers at the moment they all seem to be doing very little
 
I use Kaspersky, I didn't get any warnings at all. Never heard of AntiVir. Possibly a false positive, Kaspersky is usually rock solid.
 
AntiVir's one of the higher-rated free antivirus programs. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" /> I used to be a loyal Kaspersky user, but then it ate part of Windows. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> Nuts to that! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/urgh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":urgh" border="0" alt="urgh.gif" />

Maybe so but the bad news is that Playlogic were'nt much good at PR etc. and did very little before times got hard.
 
If you have a look on the Playlogic site, not only have they gotten a new Marketing Director, but they've now hired a US PR firm to start developing new marketing strategies for the US release of all of Playlogic's upcoming lineup. So hopefully we'll see some changes in how thier stuff is marketed and advertised finally.

We all might want to start sending e-mails to everyone making noise about AoP2.

yeah might be a good time to get reaquianted with them with an email.

I have found in the past it's very hard to deal with the bigger publishers. Communities are not important to them at all.

I'm not gonna be able to get into it.
If it's not out before Flashpoint hit the shelves, I'm not gonna buy it.
There is a small window here now before that happens..

Please just gimme the f*c*in' game.

Mr. Zaitsev said they delivered the final version of the game to Playlogic three weeks ago, so it's coming.

didn't hear about AntiVir before. is it better than AVG?
