New skin on Nigel model (`Will-2`)

There seem to be a couple of people who have that problem. Is it the same machine you play the game on (meaning does that run)? And which DirectX version do you have ?

Bad News for ya Seth,
I also have this Problem in the Viewer "after" i installed a new Video Card.
To be exact i bought the Radeon 9800 Pro and since this time, no more Textures.
Seems to be a prob with the Ati Drivers i dunno, but before with my NVidia Gforce 4 no problems.

Ps.: i could sell ya my old Gforce if yar interested <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":rolleyes:" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
 
Have you tried the Omega Drivers? They seem to help a lot of people with this problem. Find info here in our PotC Technical FAQ:

Thanks for the link catalina but in my case only the GMViewer makes probs,
i can still enjoy the game full flank <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/keith.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":keith" border="0" alt="keith.gif" />

...and yes i already uped my drivers to the omega ones cause of probs in other games "arrrrrrr".

Thanks Cat but I have already installed them. I am currently trying to get this stuff installed on my laptop to see if it works there but am getting access violation errors.
