NK Mod 11 problem - don't find Daniell on Isla Muelle

Arr, captains, I need help, too.

NK Mod 11 works fine with my european (german) version, except one aspect:
In the main quest, I am unable to meet Danielle at Isla Muelle after getting the info from Oxbay Mine. Problem is, the tavern keeper on Isla Muelle doesn't have an option to ask him about Danielle, and thus it is impossible to meet her outside the tavern.

Any ideas what to do about, or is it a bug? Pressing "I" doesn't help.

Tell me, have you gone outside the tavern? And Danielle is NOT there?

My recollection is that someone, Sir Christopher perhaps? Or Sirus_Darke or Kieron, said that it doesn't seem to play right unless you accept the freed slave as an officer.

If you don't have a save that far back, create a console per the instructions thread in the modding forum and put the following code in the console function:

And load your save and hit F12, then talk to the barkeep again.

Exactly. I remember that in older Mod pack versions, and in the original software, I needed to talk to the innkeeper and ask him about Danielle. Then he mentions to have seen her, and when I left the tavern, I met her.

Now with mod pack 11, neither the tavernkeeper has an option to talk to him, nor does Danielle appear outside.
