No CD patch

After buying AOP I was using the No CD patch to bypass starforce but after updating the game and adding a couple of files to the No CD patch I managed to get it to start but in my first sea battle my cannons went off like a machine gun and exploded.

I'm guessing this is the No CD patch doing this and not the game update?

are you using 1.42? or the default 1.41 when you buy the game?

btw, i beleive its the game. when you start you have no real cannon handling skills, your ship only has weak copper cannons, and your crew is unskilled. the more skilled you are in cannons, and the more skilled your crew are, and the better cannons you have(bronze or Iron, iron being the best) the less likley your cannons are to explode

I did the 1.42 update and managed to get the no/cd patch to work with the update and as I said the cannons keep on fireing like machine guns then exploding { and they are the best one's in the game }, This never happend with version 1.41 of the game and I don't know if it's the update or no/cd patch that is doing this.
