When I have to talk to the priest in Isla Muelle for him to let me into the library no dialog box appears and I can't say anything to him. Is there any way around this?

I've just noticed something...the priest's name is Padre Robana who is the guy the aminists brought in to replace the original priest but why isn't he at the church instead of this guy even though I've already finished 'strange things going on in the archipelgo'.

It's a bug! If you play the main quest before you get involved with the Aminists it runs normal!
