Fixed No random name for quest trader

Name character: Trader (Really, his name is Trader)
Ship Name: A spanish name, but I don't remember exactly which was.
Flag at sea: Spain.
I got the quest on San Juan, puerto Rico, and the ship has to go to Alice Town, in Eleuthera (Domain of Spain in Early Explorers).

He doesn't get a random name anymore? That needs fixing then for sure!
Everything else sounds to match up.

Ugh, this was actually still quite stupidly messed up after yesterday's rewrite.
Let's try that again, shall we?

My own tests suggest that it now DOES do what I want it to.
You will notice a bit of lag when the quest trader is generated which used to happen later during the dialog.
But I can't get around that because the destination needs to be known BEFORE generating the character.
