officer levels

is there any way of editing officers stats so that they all start with like 1 in fighting and leadership and stuff coz i prefer leveling them up from scratch rather than using high lvl ones

Not that I know of. Anyway, the whole point of officers is that they supply you with skills that you yourself don't have. If you have lvl 1 noobs with no skills as officers, what's the point?

i dunno bout others but i tend to prefer knowing that ive trainer and leveled ppl up and that theyve gained the levels while theyve been with me rather than just having ppl who are higher levels at the start
