when U enter Barbados waters does the old POTC storyline starts ? OXBAY Kira Knightly voice

That would be Keira Knightley, and yes, the original story did feature a cut-scene video with a voice-over by her at the start. It was one of the very few actual movie tie-ins with the game.

but does the original story starts ?, with occupation of Oxbay/Barbados and so on ?, actually I dont need it :-(
by the way where is Steeler Country ? ;-)

Original story is still there. The movie plays when you first enter 3D sailing mode at Barbados and then go onto the world map.

Shame we can't replace the use of the word Oxbay in there.
