PA! Hacked?

What the heck is going on!!! I went to the PA! main page and I got a screen that says:

<^Owned!! By nET^DeVil^>f0r ThE Old T!M35!

Your b0x Owned by nEt^DeViL

Security !? ... Don't Panic! ... Nothing was deleted ... Only Editing Your Index*

it's got some foreign crap on it and a sign that reads

"Peace to all"

Did someone hack the site or is this something normal?

well if u guys have log maybe u should check it out and see who it is, i know it from some guy from istanbull i checked the hacked page it's source code and found the site the movie was on, did a whois and found it originates in istanbull.

hmm i wonder if its the name of the site that might attract them? you know some bored kid looking for hacking info, using google to find pirate related stuff? then they get this site and go 'what?! a site about real pirates and pirate based games....he he i'll show em' etc?

The Joomla version was out by 1 apparently small fix which could explain it. It does suck though that you have to keep up with all the changes in software, it's like these people just search around looking for a old version of something just to hammer it.... ahh i don't get it. At least the forum is still ok <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
