Pearl diver place

Hi folks,

is this quest some kind of broken? I always find the tartans but they're also always hostile and when I land on the dedicated place they're always gone!

I didn't any hind from sharp how to contact them as a friend, wahts wrong here??

Maybe you need to try flying the Spanish flag. I know that you can't get into the pearl diver settlements unless you fly the Spanish flag when you moor your ship off shore, so this might be the same concept. It's been a while since I did this one, but I never had that problem when I tried.
