Pearl Divers Traitor

I've been trying to find information about him.I talked to all the people in the 2 pearl divers villages but no info came up.By browsing through the forum I found you have to talk to some "old indian" who tells you about this Emilio guy.
So my question is "Where's the old guy?".Is there an indian village around?

btw I talked to White Boy too but all he has given me is the pearl update on the dutchman quest

the old indian is in the same village, he has long white hair and wears what looks like buckskin. Thats as far as I got with it, never did find the emilio guy.
