Mod Release Performance increase on land and sea

This small fix changed the Update functions on land and sea to be less dependable on the framerate, so you will get a more stable framerate.

Nope, this is something which was in one of my archives which was removed from the game.

In that case, it will need to be tested before it goes into the update archive. If at least three people install it and find that it does indeed improve performance without causing any unwanted side effects, it can go into the final update towards the end of this month.

It's been in my files since the start and till now nobody complained about it.
