All of my characters Personal and ship skills are all at 0%
I believe this problem may have started after using the the debug mode. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I origanially thought it may have been caused by the mod, but after trying to just play the game vanilla style, the problem is still there.
No matter what skills I increase all personal and ship skills remain at 0%
Please help me as I loved playing this game
