I am not getting paid my balance stays at 500 I even tried switching pay methods and when I went to divide the loot I still got zero whats the deal?

I just downloaded 12.1 a couple days ago.
I thought of something is your pay based on your rank with a country or the country your flag is under?
I just learned how to get a title and land obviously my income is starting to grow but very slowly.
Yes, and the more land you have, the greater your income.
That being said, even if you didn't have any land, you would get some income (very little) each month, if your crew is on salary.
If you signed articles and divided the plunder, you should have gotten something.

I have always played the game while the crew is on salary. I never ever received any salary myself. That is in Build 11, Build 12.1 and with the Post Build 12 Modpack. Well I was just dumbfounded by it. I guess it dosent realy matter since you cant do anything with the money anyway. But it looks cool haveing a nice bottom line.
