personal items purchasing bug

I'm not sure what triggered it but for some reason after coming back to Redmond and I try to buy personal items from any merchant all i get is an empty buying screen. I can't seel them anything either. I can buy goods just fine just no more personal items. So far other cities seem fine. I'm going to load an older save to see what i might have done to trigger it.

i've had that happen to me a few times too. next time you go to the island, it's gone.

I've seen that as well. Not sure why that'd happen.
