It does look very good, but the masts! aren't they a bit short? If they arent, then I dont know too much about boats anyways, but they look shorter than in the other film. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />

I assume they may be leaving it like that and then add the masts and sails in in post-production (CGI graphics).
 
I was thinking this might be a "shooting" ship - meaning that it's going to perhaps be afloat but not actually sail anywhere... We should all go hijack it and name it "Le Pyrates Ahoy" and all sail the 7 seas together... it would be fun... until... OH NO! COAST GUARD!!! SAIL AWAY!!!

well i agree with that!... but its ok either way, even IF they board our ship, i have my trusty cutlass, rusted from sitting in my aged rum barrel! arrr!!! I'll cut you with my rum stained cutlass!!! arrr!

Heck, all we need to do is sail to Indonesian waters, the coast guard there seems to like to avoid the likes o' piratey folk like us. :wink

Back to the pix, if indeed, this will be a true SAILING vessel, the topmasts might also be awaiting installation AFTER they get her in the water to see if she will float! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" />
