You need to look inside the front cover of your manual

There was an issue with some of the very first copies that the CD key was mising but 99% should have it

could there possibly be a more annoying place to put a cd key? dam you Atari! they did it with NWN too! On the manual??? jeez. i lose manuals like they're going out of style!
 
You think they could simply stick them on the disks, I dont losse those very often. Game manuals are too often discarded in a pile or box... considering that they are usually as use full as an box of tacs in a life raft. Fortunately I had begun the practice of writing them down and keeping them safely tucked away in my own treasure chest.
 
My Cd Key is on the front cover of my manual . While I`m getting old and forget everything I also noticed it in a special secured Folder on my PC. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="icon_wink.gif" />

Your can not be serious, theres no way I would give my CD key to anyone. Especially if they openly admit to no buying the game.

It's really worth the money.

Since I posted in this thread some people mean they could nerve me with Pm´s about CD Keys. Hope this isn't out of line.

If you lose your manual, but still have the game installed and want to get the CDKey before you do a reformat/reinstall the registry key for WinXP is:

Another suggestion - take a permanent marker and write your CD Key on your disk - then you won't be without it when you need it. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />
