hi, i finished main storyline and purchased neutral status with pirates (guess they did not like me commandeering the Black Pearl) but now if i enter eighter Tortuga or Turks all citizens are out for my blood. Is it maybe related to my rep-Hero?

If yes - then when you go back the people will be hostile and attack you

nope, i sure did not kill anyone on turks, and when i did it in other towns they were not hostile once i returned.
