POTC Build 13 or 14???

I have just reinstalled POTC and need to get the build 13 or 14. Is 14 stable yet? I can't find the build downloads anyhow. A point in the right direction is all I ask. Thanks!

As to which to use. I just did the same, and have only played build 14 beta for a few hours so I cannot judge.

Build 14 Beta (WITH FIX) is actually very stable and adds so many new features the occasional bug doesnt really get on many people nerves

If you do run into one though post it on the BUG tracker
