Go to the main Pirates Ahoy! website and go the files section. Download either the online installer or the full installation. If you have anything other than an `US-version`, I would recommen using the full download version.
With the online installer, run the file and follow the instructions.
With the full download, extract it on top of your main PotC directory and after that, run the RunMe.bat file in that folder
With both installation ways, you can now open up the BuildSettings.h file in the PROGRAM subfolder to change the settings to your liking. Then you should be ready to play.

You can get build 12 on piratesahoy/files/pirates of the caribbean to down the page stand to options download online installer or full version.
The full version is the best one to take.

When you downloadet it unzip it and place the files in the pirates of the caribbean direction.

You can also get the Post Build 12 mods compilation from <a href="http://millenniumdock.bravepages.com/storage/others/potcmods.htm" target="_blank">here</a>. You can extract it on top of your proper Build 12 installation and it should work fine. However, please keep in mind that these mods aren't all working 100% right yet (but will in the near future). After installing that file, you will need to change your preffered settings again in BuildSettings.h and start a new game.

Download the full Build 12 installer from <a href="http://www.piratesahoy.net/component/option,com_docman/task,cat_view/gid,59/Itemid,46/lang,/" target="_blank">here</a> if you haven't yet. Extract it on top of your PotC installation, run the RunMe.bat and see if that works.
