I bought an English patent from the diplomat in Bermuda, how do I use it?
The governor missions seem the same.

You go to jamaica to the Governor general of England. He will give you new types of missions. He is in port royal. he is the other guy who is sitting on the chair in the residence. The standing guy is just a governor.
