Problem with build 12

HY pirates i have a problem ?? Big one ???

I have installed build 11 And when i try to install build 12 it says:
ERROR!
An installation of Pirates of the Caribbean was not found on the system. Please make sure that PotC is installed and functionating before installing the build.

Have you got PotC installed on the system you are trying to install Build 12 onto?

Then I think you should create a folder or whatever in App Paths, named Engine.exe. There put a key in and for data, put in the directory youw ant t o install Build 12 into. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Can you go online on your MSN Messenger, so I can send you a registry file? <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheers" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />
 
Can you please send me that registry file having a heck of a time here even after checking in registry(engine exe is there but build 12 install is saying that POTC is still not found.Im using Build 11 currently and never had this problem.Send to,

<b>Akwar, </b>sorry, Drunken appears not to be around much anymore, for some reason... Have you the current version of the Build 12 installer? You should hopefully not have any trouble with the newest version - however if you do have it and you are STILL having trouble (some do), please be patient, we're working on a fix for this that should be out very soon. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />

Where can I get the new Build 12?I dont see it only 11 in the main PA website.
