Problem with Engine.exe!!!!

I installed AOP and After 20 minutes it crashes.It says something like this : "00000c2300" read "00ncn47700" engine.exe.
And I installed v1.5 patch from FileFront and installed crack from gameburnworld.Is this gona work???!!!!

That should work, but AoP does sometimes crash anyway. Save the game regularly.

It may even crash <i>while</i> saving the game! If so, the saved game file may be corrupt and if you then restart the game and load that file, odd things may happen. Reload an earlier saved game and continue from there.

The NOCD Patch on Gameburnworld and in my link is the same!
All you did there is install the Patch twice!!!

All you did there is install the Patch twice!!!

OK, that brings up another possibility. Exactly which v1.5 patch did you get from FileFront - from whose directory? If you haven't applied the Playlogic patch first then you've put a v1.5 NoCD patch onto version 1.41 of AoP, which will cause trouble!

The safest thing to do would be to uninstall the game, reinstall from DVD, install the <a href="http://www.playlogicgames.com/data/downloads/ageofpirates/patches/AOP_15.exe" target="_blank">Playlogic version 1.50 patch</a>, then install your choice of v1.5 NoCD patch. And then start a new profile - if you use a version 1.41 profile in a version 1.50 game, odd things will happen, as I found out the hard way...

Install 1.41 than 1.5 and NOCD!!!
There should be no Problem if followed correctly!!!
