Problem with pieters update

everytime i install the monday august 21 update from pieters link in his signature, i get a runtime error.....i dont know why it happens but it does, the game will work fine without ithis update but is there something in this update that helps the game out? i mean what new things are in it? can someone help me out and tell me what im doing wrong?

u dont have to get nasty i havent been on lately and i dont have time to look at the "five hundred" other threads on this issue so take it easy


i havent found any one of your so called five hundren posts saying they have a problem with pieters monday update.... if u could give me a link to one that might help

There is a small bugfix on my site. Download and install that as well and that should fix it.

I,ve had the same problem with the small update included!! It's wise not to use it!!!

pieter's little bug fix fix works just fine as i was having the same problem. Thanks for your help pieter.

One other little prob. When i start a new game cant find my ship any suggestions BTW nice update I like the new exe. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/par-ty.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="par-ty.gif" />

If you are playing "Stormy Start" depending what island you wash ashore on, your ship may be on one beach and you may be on another. Check out all the other beaches on the island and you should find the ship.
