Problem with the tutorial

I have an error happening periodically where I can no longer do any actions in an area such as open doors or exit the area. Is this a known bug? Is it fixable?

This has been encountered before, the fix is to fast travel somewhere.

Is that the really weird bug you get when tweaking any options ingame? Or is it something different?

No, the one I'm thinking of is where you load a game and you can't F3 or space bar any of the usable hot spots. The only way to fix that is to fast travel someplace and then it gets fixed.

I have the exact same problem as the original poster.Plus If I skip the tutorial I can go on deck but cant do anything other than pick the lock of the "chest" on the deck.

I have the same problem with patch 3 installed.
