problems with governor

I'm in war with english and dutch,and the doors of others residences are locked.how,I can to engage missions to others governors?
Is it a possibility to come in the houses on the islands?or,in the bank's building?

I presum U are playing the "straight" version of AoP <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
U can't use the Bank if U don't install the SuperMod (take a look in the AoP Mod Forum here) And if U are enemy towards a country, U can't use buildings in their colonies, only tavarn. And U can only serve one Governor at time. If U ask for a Marqie from another Governor, the first one will dislike you, and then loos that country's Marqie. (the letter that prove your loyalty)

There are 2 ways to "stop beeing at war":

1) after you counqered the Pirat King, one man will help you get to lvl "rascal" at each country, for a price. He sits at the Tavern in Isle Mona.
2) snik into a hostile Large Town with a church, donate 5000 gold and get lvl "hero" towards the country. Check your map before you seek out a colony, searching for a church. It will take some time for a colony to get to this lvl
