Question about class 1 ships

Is there anyway to buy them in build 13 through modifying build settings?

yes, there is. i don't know the name of the setting, but you can change it.

realistic SY mod or whatever something like that. though I have found that you can also buy em at QC without any modifications.

I HAVE once bought a Class 1 ship in Build 13, but they're VERY rare.

I think you can turn the mod off in Buildsettings, but I'm not sure. You CAN buy them with the Mod running in QC but they are very rare even then. I did buy a MOW there to take on the Oxbay fort, so they don't seem to care what level you are.
