Quick questions about nation quest line.

Ahoy! maties, got a few question here.

1: Does the questline starts when you take to any of a nation's governer for mission or is it with Governer general in their capital after i gain the patent?

2: Is there an end to the story line? if so, can i still get any mission from the same nation after that?

3: Leading from question 2. Let's say i complete a nation's storyline, i assume at least 1 or 2 other nation will be hostile to me by then. Is it possible to start those nation's quest line after i made piece via diplomat in pirate tavern?

1. you answered it yourself in the second part of the question - after you get the patent and only from g-g

2. I belive you can, but only one of those randomly generated from governors. I'm not sure, but i believe you don't get any more tasks from g-g
