Raoul Rheims Quest BUG!

I'm a little stuck with a Raoul Rheims quest. I'm meant to talk to The Smuggler Leader (after talking to the Tavern Keeper) but when his crony comes up to talk to me outside of the tavern it says he's dead and asks me if I'm Hamlet. Can you help?!

I've got Build 14 Alpha 6 Additional over the Build 13 Full. Any suggestions? Have you heard this one before?
