Request for some non-Caribbean ships

I was just looking around ad i was wondering if any one would be willing to make a Korean Turtle ship, like what is going to be in POTBS, there is information and pictures <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turtle_ship" target="_blank">here</a> for any one that is interested. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/buds.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="buds.gif" />

Hmmm

It might be alright for some but I think it kinda defeats the purpose of the whole game. For me it would just ruin the Caribbean feel of the game.

But I suppose some people are bound to like it...

I'm useless at everything other than playing games however so I wouldn't actually be able to help you out if i liked the idea.

I agree with Kieran, the game should be either confined to the Caribbean or expanded to the whole world, not just pull in parts.

I know the turtle would kind of ruin the whole caribbean feeling of the game, but i think it would just be cool to have some ships that are so european, since they weren't the only ones there. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/keith.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="keith.gif" />

As a regular encounter ship it would indeed be strange but if it appeared in the context of some mission it could perhaps work. Asian marriners were very rare on the eastern side of North America but not unheared of. Perhaps if such a ship were in the Caribbean looking for something or someone and its captain aproached you for help...

The problems here are that I've only seen the one Asian character model (who always has an Engligh Name sytrangely) so to pull this off you'de need to add some, make sure that if boarding her were in the cards the boarder5 models were set, etc.

Also, European ships of this era were leaps and bounds ahead technologically which is one of the reasons Europe came to dominance at this time. Then again THAT could be the reason this ship needs your help. Pirates or a government may have been offended and she needs a heavy vessel to protect her on her search...

Handeled well this could actually be a nifty thing to add.
