well, i got 'combat flight simulator 3 - battle for europe', and i'm having some serious problems with flying. i know the basic flying controls, and i'm not using a joystick, because that would likely complicate using the game, as i would then have to use both the stick AND the keyboard. what happens, is that when i try to roll, the flaps stay in their postion so i keep spinning around, after which i manage to correct it somewhat, and have to fly at an angle of 45 degrees from then on. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":facepalm" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" /> when i try to level the plane, the same thing happens, but in the other direction. same goes for up and down. the keys don't respond immediatly either.

could someone else with this game help me out of this highly frustrating and dizzying situation?

NOTE: my computer meets all the requirements, for as far as i know. however, it says that my graphics card might cause graphical problems, although i haven't seen any of them yet.

ok, i figured out how not to crash anymore. i even made three succesfull take-offs and landings! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/w00t.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":woot" border="0" alt="w00t.gif" /> as it turns out, the ailerons are incredibly sensitive, while the other controls aren't. you just have to keep endlessly adjusting all the flaps. i learned this in a dual-engined mosquito B IV fighter-bomber. nice plane. my third landing was rather spectacular. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":))" border="0" alt="smile2.gif" /> i had forgotten to decrease the throttle so i immediatly bounced up to 50 feet again. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/mybad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":facepalm" border="0" alt="mybad.gif" /> three times. my wheels had a pretty funny shape after that. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" /> as a result, the third landing was VERY bouncy. it looked like a plane on a pogo-stick. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> during the second landing i made the mistake to land on a very hilly piece of land, with the same result. i also managed to fly in a straight line under one engine. pretty important, if you ask me. gliding is also fine, but that's probably because the plane's made of plywood thus very light for it's size. now for the fighters and one of the medium bombers. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bounce.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":b:" border="0" alt="bounce.gif" /> sadly, they don't have lancaster's. here's a list of the planes:
