Yep, I just caught that error as well.
Currently making a new installer with that one fixed.
In the meantime, extracting the attached file to your PROGRAM folder should do the job as well.

If I install this update over the existing game, will I be able to continue my current progress and saved games?
No. As per my announcement post on the last page, new game is enforced.
You could make a copy of your game folder and install this new version purely for testing. -
