I think i know how to fix my problem if its wrong just say so?
1.I delite the stock game and buil mod.
2.I reinstall stock game and put engine.ini in main folder.
3.I install build 14 beta 2.2 and put it in main folder and put engine.ini in there.
4.I think it should work.
If not say so ok!!!

Why would you want to move the engine.ini?

Becose the game says Runtime error only way to fix it is puting engine.ini in main map

The modpack installation doesn't touch engine.ini, so it technically shouldn't matter either way. Shouldn't hurt either though.
