Sea Legends

Any of you guys ever played "Sea Legends", it was good for its time, but kind of a weird game. I think it has much influence on the creators of Sea Dogs...

Yeah i had it for a while, but never got it working on XP(yeah i will now with DOSBox... but didn't know it back when i had it).

i concur was not that bad at all,I also liked the music, it was chaotic and somehow rhymes with the game...

Sorry, if thread necromancy is frowned upon here. I was browsing forums and found this topic and rather than starting a new one i thought i'd add my comments on this game here. I still kind of remember this game fondly. I got to play it not long after it was released in 1996 or so. It was actually my third age of sail type game. Before Sea Legends i had tried Pirates! Gold and High Seas Trader. The game got pretty good reviews, but for some reason failed to really make an impact and is now largely forgotten. I was just thinking of replaying this the other day. I may add further comments on it if i'll deicide to do it and remember any cool stuff about the game in the process.
