Ar, this be seemin like a fools question but, how ye be getting grub and cargo fer yer vessel? I been trying the taverns the stores the shipyards, erywhere.

Buy food for your ship in the store. Wheat and rum are for your men to consume, can also be a trade item.

Quebradas Costillas is the pirate island, it's south of Oxbay.

When you say you have tried the stores - are you talking to the outdoor stalls?

The store you want is indoors - the one you get to via the fast travel option.

Make sure to say you have goods to sell (even though you want to buy..)
