Well, I don't see anything wrong with an open stern gallery, I just want to see a manowar re-painted and rigged to look like the <i>Victory</i>.

Has anyone looked into turning a battleship into a third rate? That would be nice! Here's a guideline for a "Nelson's Navy ship pack"

1. Manowar = First Rate/ Second Rate (100 guns)
2. Battleship = Third Rate (74)
3. Fearless = Fourth Rate (64)
4. Frigate (Just re-paint it.)
5. Light Frigate
6. Sloop-o-War

Wow, I'm loving all these ships running out! A quick question, though. This Ship of the Line- is this a 74 gun vessel just using the MoW model or is it a full 100-gunner?

Other than that, great work on both of these beauties!

64 gun handles like frigate and shoots like Ship of Line she is.

About Third Rate2 Ihave uploaded some missing files to Third Rate2 folder walk files + tga.tx.
Same files as in Third Rate 64 first version.Did I mention that Third Rate 64 and Third Rate2 are
in need of new skins. New gunports should be in same places in new skins too.

EDIT :About ratlines2 64Gun ships have gaff/boom and can have ratlines on the Mizenmas. I will add them and make update to ftp.

if so then i take that back, it's only because its the closest to having proper lines on the side, yours would look better than Silehard's does if you recolour it black and yellow ore, like the victory, and with the new rigging it would look lovely <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/yes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":yes" border="0" alt="yes.gif" />.

To captain Spetre Idont do ship skin textures, they are in resource/textures/ships folder.
How i change riggin + flags . I have Large flags howto in "potc modding" tread.
You can use it as minitutorial .In Large flags howto Pieter give basic texturing help. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bookish.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":mm" border="0" alt="bookish.gif" />
You can google "potc wiki" . there are all maner of potc tutorials.

Well, I know of the Agamennon. I just put 74 under 3rd and 64 under 4th because thats where they tended to be. A 64 gun third rate was rather unpopular and the 74 became your typical 3rd rate.

Petros, you skin right? It would look mighty nice to collect all the final sloops, frigates, MOWs, lineships, etc. that Cpt. Hawk made and r-paint them... Nelson style! Ye could put it on the ftp as something like: "Nelson's Navy ship pack"
