Sid Mier's Pirates - Custom Character Mod Question

Is there a mod which allows you to change or customize the face of the main character?

I know that there are pre-maid face mods but I am wondering if I can customize my character's face myself.

If there is such a mod could you please post the link?

Firaxis did not make this easy.

There are many files involved, as the player ages, different face files are used.

Then there is the character that walks around on land.

Simple answer: No
