Skinning Problem

[CSHM]

For my first skin i just tried something simple so i, re-skinned Blaze.
When i converted the tga to a tga.tx and tried the skin by replacing the original, the character was completely white.

This is what the skin looks like:

All i have done is added a scar.

I have just added a worn bronze belt to him, what do you think.

P.S. The TGA looks better, e.g. Brighter bronze.

did you make sure the tga tx formatting was the same as the other skins? Make sure you convert it properly.
