small update

The small Update is going well! I've just reported to the Govenor, boardet a few Pirates
and all's well. I'll carry on with this for a bit before getting on with the bigger update.

There is no point in using the large update. The only difference between the small and the large one is that the large one contains a whole bunch of RESOURCE files that you already have if you had the 10 September version installed before. There are no code/feature-differences between the two versions.
