I'm new to PotC modding, because until now I didn't think it could be done on a navy game(I come from an FPS/HL modding background, I'm the project lead of a WWII HL2 TC, Spade).
I've been seeing the mention of an expansion in the threads here, what exactly is it? Is it a mod or something?
I also have a couple of modding questions, 1.) Is it possible to map, if so, how? And my other question is, what mods do I need to make PotC a living, breathing world. Not just a GTA world where you can go around pillaging and sacking, and that's it.
