I know I read this at least in the old forum, before the move to the old site...

Where is the code that says what icons to use for the captains of ship encounters? Something has to tell the game to load only offic_eng for English naval vessels, well, what does it?

The strings at the top list faces for each nation, and the function below returns a random faceID from the string of the country passed it.
