Is there any way to change the mp3 file to a .ogg file ?
I'd love to make my own music package!
Im searching for a programme that can change mp3 files into ogg, and let the program play the songs faster, or slower ?
And it need to be free, do you know anything about that ?

Finding MP3 to OGG files can be done. I've got one here. A program called Audio Conversion Wizard which works quite well. You can try to find such a program for yourself. Search for "MP3 to OGG convert" on Google should give you a good start.

Speeding up or slowing down music might get tricky. I don't know what would happen if you'd try. Nero Wave Editor, not free I guess.
Also a program called Ufony. The trial version is free and seems to work for ages.....
