Bug Spanish Flag Change Crash

Ohoy!

After a little bug with the attila quest, I reinstalled the game and got the latest version of GOF and everything worked nicely.
But now I can't change to the Spanish flag without the game crashing.

When I try to change the flag to Spanish colours, I hear first a pompous melody for 1 second and then the game freezes and crashes.

I can change to the Jolly Roger, French, Dutch and English but not Spanish.

Would really appreciate any help on this =)

Strange... I have installed CoAS - GOF2 + patch v.1.3 since a couple of week and i don't have this problem (unless i have some other minor bugs)...
Have you install the game from scratch and apply GOF2, then patch v.1.3 ?!?

Have you tried change your flagship by another ?! Maybe if your ship models has something wrong, it may caused this crash... I'm not sure of the later, though...
