Special perks for ship combat

hi mates, i noticed one thing now that i have more than one perk with cooldown to use while in ship battles, i used my "fast turn"(not sure about the name) and then i want to use "quick repair" and wasnt there to use(i had planks and sailcloth), does perks with cooldown share cooldown times? or is this a bug? or better yet, am i doing something wrong? lol

As far as I can tell they do not share timers, I use several myself at differant times during a battle. The quick repair only works once your hull or sails are below 65%, before that it won't show up as a option in the "fast" commands.
