Spinning ship bug?

Oche

Landlubber
Whenever you "ram" into another ship to board it and once you sink it after pillaging it and go back to the sea screen your ship starts to spin like hell sometimes deteriorating the ship's hull at a high rate, only way to stop it is to turn the helm of the ship in the opposite direction for a few moments until no longer spins. Is this a known bug?

yep, physics related. similar bugs existed in PoTC, alltho there instea of spinning, ships sort of got glued together

I have played POTC from the org. version to the latest Mods
and never ever have come across a spinning or glue bug!!!!
I started playing this game over 2 years ago and I think that
was made up!!!

Well Fred Bob....I have seen this in AOP. In fact I just saved a great game, started today with Beatrice, and new updated AOP, and as I left a Pirate attack and went to the World Map (F3), my ship sits in the middle of a darker, no Island seascape and spins so fast yew'd think the wheels had come off it's little red......ah!.....Helm

I have yet to go back and hope the game works from a complete shutdown & reload, cause everytime I tried to go to and from the sea map and back it wouldnt stop spinning in the World Map for me in game.....

Really going to be a bummer if that game is ruined

Edit: Yep it did, ruined the game completely.....loaded both saves, and all my ship will do is spin....Clue for who ever comes behind us! when I go back to the sea mode, me and my companion ship are sailin along peaceful like......cept I can't turn, and if I try...my ship heels over but will not move from its Bow to Stern axis.......or its compass heading.....weird!!
