Stat problems

Anyone know whats causing this:

What ship are you using?

Your shipclass is probably to high for your navigation skill (do a right click on navigation to see the limits). Get a lower level ship and / or a navigator as an officer.

you have 1400 skill points to spend..

well i went into the RPGutili and edited it to start out with all 10's and max'd out stats and first i picked the flying dutchman then the monowar
so no matter how much i increase stats, that negative things raises with it
